Hannah is from St. Johnsbury, Vermont and has been a Bodi Partner since 2018. Her main goal is to help you feel strong, capable, and confident in your body with sustainable workouts, easy meals, and give you the support and accountability you've always needed.

Kennedy is from Pheonix, Arizona and has been a BODi Partner since 2022. Her main goal is to help others who've lost themselves get back on track and provide them with the resources necessary to get fit, feel good, and elevate themselves in the process.

The Answers You Need

How many workouts are included?

The programming is comprised of 20 total workouts, 12 strength training and eight (8) cardio, as well as four (4) bonus Cycling workouts and five (5) Overtime bonus workouts (4 strength and one recovery).

Do I need equipment?

Resistance bands and Light/Medium/Heavy dumbbells are required. A spin bike or any stationary bike is optional if you want to do cycling workouts.

Is the spin bike required?

No, the cycling workouts are completely optional.

What languages is the programming available in?

English/French bilingual program. The program will also be dubbed in Spanish.

How much is my personal investment?

An annual membership, working one-on-one with Hannah or Kennedy is $219. No monthly payments or subscriptions required.

What if I don't see result?
